Deposits are expected within five days of booking a unit Payment in full is expected two weeks prior to date of arrival All non booked rates are subject to change without notice In the event of any cancellation a $25.00 documentation fee will be subtracted from the returned deposit-any request for a cancellation must be made a minimum of 28 days (4 Saturdays) prior to the contracted day of arrival or deposit will be subject to loss of $200.00---In addition any credit card transaction cancelled will also forfeit all transaction fees Winter cancellations must be made at least one month prior to date of arrival or deposit-in-full will be forfeited Winter rent payments will be due two weeks prior to date of arrival and then two weeks prior to the end of the current month for the next month. Refundable cancellations after arrival are limited to weather related forced evacuations in the specific location of Pinnacle Port by PCB authorities.

The upstairs beach view master and downstairs lake view bedrooms
both have televisions. The living room has a 25 in.
television with DVD/VCR. There is a full kitchen with full
size floor washer/dryer. You are no more than 2 minutes by

$200.00 Refundable deposit expected within 5 days of booking. After receiving deposit contract will be sent. Rental payment-in-full is expected 2 weeks prior to contracted day of arrival when key package will be sent. Personal or bank checks are accepted.
We also accept limited credit cards. Deposits will be returned when keys are received by mail and departure condition of unit has been noted.
